Hatch operates in a pretty unique product category, so they needed ads that could both educate consumers and highlight performance. They took an audience-first approach, helping people imagine how their product could fit into their everyday lives. But that came with some challenges—digital ad platforms need a lot of creative assets to perform well, and doing photoshoots, brainstorming, and designing for different audiences can be costly and time-consuming. To solve this, Hatch teamed up with Monks to use AI, helping them strategize, develop, and launch personalized ad campaigns for different audience segments in just a few weeks.

Global campaign for adidas Red Away colleciton inspired by the 2023 Women's World Cup. The concept shines a light on Women's football at every level, anywhere in the world. It focusses in the comunity aspect that comes from being part of a local team - the fun, the support and connection that comes with it - As well as their respect and admiration for the big football stars at the top.
We wanted to create a campaign that higlights the feeling of togetherness and unity, looknig at community, culture and women empowerment.
We traveled to Lisbon to capture a group of grassroot football players and devoted fans, following them through the locations where they spend more time together.
